| 摘要: |
| 目的 分析机械取栓、药物溶栓及支架取栓技术治疗急性颅内血管闭塞的疗效。方法 对27例急性颅内血管闭塞的患者进行腔内介入治疗。其中男性21例，女性6例。术后随访90 d，应用改良Rankin评分（mRS）进行疗效评价。结果 应用支架取栓器23例，支架结合抽吸技术3例，动脉溶栓1例。腔内治疗后即刻再通率67%，症状性脑出血11%，90 d随访预后良好率33%，死亡率18.5%。结论 特定急性缺血性脑血管病的腔内介入治疗是安全有效的方法。 |

| Objective To analyze the efficacy of endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke with combined mechanical thrombectomy, intra-arterial thrombolysis and stenting. Methods 27 patients with acute ischemic stroke with intracranial large-vessel occlusion received endovascular treatment. Modified Rankin score was used for independence evaluation 90 days. Results Among them, 23 were treated with stent retriever, 3 with stenting combined with aspiration, 1 with intra-arterial thrombolysis. Immediate successful recanalization rate was 67%, symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage rate 11%. Good clinical outcome was achieved in 33%, and mortality after 90 days was 18.5%. Conclusion Endovascular treatment for selected patients with acute ischemic stroke is safe and effective. |
