神经元特异性烯醇化酶在恶性嗜铬细胞瘤患者病情评估中的应用价值

摘要:
目的 探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在恶性嗜铬细胞瘤(MPHEO)病情评估中的价值。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年6月住院行131I-MIBG治疗的MPHEO患者85例,分为稳定期(72例)和进展期(13例)两组,采用电化学发光法检测患者血清NSE水平,比较稳定期和进展期患者NSE表达水平,比较患者进展前后NSE的变化情况,随访患者1年生存情况。结果 进展期组NSE水平(82.21±52.75)ng/mL明显高于稳定期组(11.03±3.33)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一患者肿瘤进展后NSE水平(82.21±52.75)ng/mL明显高于进展前(11.75±2.51)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1年随访周期内,NSE升高的11例患者中4例死亡。结论 血清NSE在进展期MPHEO肿瘤病情评估及预后判断方面有一定的意义。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of serum neuron-specific enzyme (NSE) in evaluation of malignant pheochromocytoma. Methods Eighty-five patients with malignant pheochromocytoma were choose between January 2014 and June 2015 in the hospital for the 131I-MIBG treatment and were divided into stable disease group (72 cases) and progress disease group (13 cases). Serum NSE levels in patients were measured with electrochemical luminescence method and analyzed between groups. Results The level of NSE in the progressive disease group was significantly higher than that in the stable disease group(82.21±52.75) ng/mL vs. (11.03±3.33) ng/mL. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Tumor progression in malignant pheochromocytoma patients were associated with obviously increased serum NSE(82.21±52.75) ng/mL vs. (11.75±2.51) ng/mL; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, 11 patients had increased NSE with 4 cases dead of disease. Conclusion Serum NSE has certain significance in condition evaluation and prognosis judge of progressive malignant pheochromocytoma.
