赖氨酰氧化酶与心肌纤维化的关系研究进展

摘要:
心肌纤维化是指正常的心肌组织结构中胶原纤维的过量沉积,其胶原浓度和胶原容积分数显著增加、各型胶原比率失调及排列紊乱。这种病理变化是心脏重构的重要体现,是多种心血管病发展的终末阶段。赖氨酸氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)负责胶原蛋白I型与III型的相互交联,促进胶原纤维的沉积,决定着细胞外间质的稳定。LOX是心肌纤维化过程的关键因子。本文就LOX与心肌纤维化的关系及机制进行综述。

Abstract:
Myocardial fibrosis is the excessive deposition of collagen fibers in the normal tissue structure of the myocardium. Consequently, the collagen concentration and the collagen volume fraction increase significantly, and the ratio of collagen is disordered. This pathological change is an important manifestation of cardiac remodeling and the end stage in the development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. Lysyl oxidase (LOX), which is responsible for the cross-linking of type I and type III collagen, promotes the deposition of collagen fibers and determines the stability of the extracellular matrix. LOX is a key factor in myocardial fibrosis, and the relationship between LOX and myocardial fibrosis is reviewed in this paper.
