邻苯二甲酸酯类毒性作用研究进展

摘要:
邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)可以通过多种途径进入机体,在人体的暴露途径主要分为职业暴露、医学接触、孕妇和婴幼儿暴露、一般人群暴露等。近年来研究表明PAEs可损伤心脏细胞的功能,使血管压力增加,危害心血管健康,导致心脏毒性;可干扰雄性激素和雌性激素的分泌,对生殖系统有明显损伤;可诱发氧化应激,导致脂质过氧化引起肝脏毒性。本文就PAEs对机体的毒性作用及其可能机制作一综述。

Toxicity action of phthalate acid esters

Abstract:
Phthalate acid esters (PAEs) can enter human through a variety of pathways,and the exposure in the human body mainly includes occupational exposure, medical exposure, exposure of pregnant women and infants, and the general population exposure.Recent studies have shown that PAEs can damage the function of cardiocytes, increase the vascular pressure, and endanger cardiovascular health, leading to cardiac toxicity.PAEs can interfere with the secretion of male hormones and estrogen, and damage the reproductive system.PAEs can induce oxidative stress, leading to lipid peroxidation to cause liver toxicity.In this paper, the toxic effects of PAEs and its possible mechanisms are reviewed.
