罗氏e601电化学发光仪剩余试剂的再利用评价

摘要:
目的 对罗氏e601电化学发光仪剩余试剂再利用进行评估。 方法 将HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAg、HBeAb的混合剩余试剂,进行精密度、正确度验证并与新试剂进行比对及相关性分析。 结果 剩余混合试剂HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAg、HBeAb水平1批内精密度分别为3.43、3.88、2.04、1.22,水平2批内精密度分别为1.22、2.40、1.09、1.66;HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAg、HBeAb水平1批间精密度分别为5.17、4.55、3.70、3.74;水平2批间精密度分别为4.99、3.93、4.16、6.91;正确度本室测定结果与室间质评回报结果均相符、HBsAb相关系数r为 0.999;HBcAb、HBeAg、HBeAb两试剂盒的阳性符合率和阴性符合率均为100%。 结论 罗氏e601电化学发光仪剩余试剂可以混合使用,稳定性良好,能保证检测质量。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the recycling value of remaining reagent by Roche e601 electrochemiluminescence analyzer. Methods The precision, accuracy, comparison and correlation analysis were performed between original reagents and recycling reagents for HBsAb、HBcAb、HBeAg、and HBeAb. Results The intra batch precision results of level 1 were 3.43,3.88,2.04,1.22 respectively,the intra batch precision results of level 2 were 1.22,2.40,1.09,1.66 respectively;the inter batch precision results of level 1 were 5.17,4.55,3.70,3.74 respectively;the inter batch precision results of level 2 were 4.99,3.93,4.16,6.91 respectively.The accuracy result was consistent with the EQA result;the correlation coefficient of HBsAb was 0.999;the positive rate and negative coincidence rate(%)of HBcAb,HBeAg,HBeAb were 100%. Conclusion The remaining reagents can be combined and recycled by Roche e601, demonstrate good stability and ensure the quality of measurement.
