急性肾损伤早期生物标志物研究进展

摘要:
急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury, AKI)的早期诊断对延缓病情进展,改善患者预后具有重要的意义,但目前对AKI的诊断仍然没有早期敏感特异的指标。本文通过对中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白、肾损伤分子1、肝脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白等AKI早期标志物基本特征、基础与临床研究、应用前景等方面的阐述,探讨其在AKI早期诊断、功能分级及预后判断的价值。

Abstract:
Early diagnosis of acute kidney injury (AKI) is important to postpone the progression of kidney disease and improve prognosis. However, there are still no sensitive and specific early diagnostic biomarkers. The essential characteristics, basic and clinical researches,and application prospects of some early biomarkers of AKI such as neutrophil gelati-associated lipocalin (NGAL), kidney injury molecule1 (KIM-1), and L-type fatty acid-binding protein (L-FABP) are described in this article. Meanwhile, the practical values of these biomarkers in diagnosis, function staging and prognosis of AKI are investigated.
