| 前列腺癌(PCa)是男性泌尿系最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，微小RNA（miRNA）是一类长度约为22个核苷酸，研究发现 miＲNA 与 PCa 的发生和发展密切相关，多种miRNA在PCa中表达异常。本文通过近5年miRNA在PCa中的异常表达以及与雄激素相关性进行综述，并阐述miRNA在PCa诊断及疗效判断中的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: |
| Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most common malignant tumor of the male urinary system. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small RNAs about 22 nucleotides in length. Researchers have found a close relationship between miRNA and PCa occurrence and development. Abnormal expression of a variety of miRNA have been reported in PCa. This article reviews the recent five years progress in miRNA abnormal expression in PCa and correlation with androgen related therapy to clarify miRNA application in PCa prospects. |
