目的 探讨双源CT区分混合结石的能力。方法 收集134例泌尿系结石患者术后获得的结石标本,将结石标本放入猪肾中建立结石体外模型,并将猪肾放入水槽中模拟体内环境。应用双源CT在80 kVp和140 kVp下扫描猪肾模型,测得CT值、分析值,计算DEI值。结果 双源CT识别尿酸结石的灵敏度及特异度均为100%。草酸钙、磷酸盐组与磷酸盐、尿酸盐组在80 kVp、140 kVp的 CT值,双能量值上比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。草酸钙、磷酸盐组与草酸钙、尿酸盐组DEI值差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 双源CT在识别尿酸盐结石上是可靠的,且具有一定的区分混合结石的能力。 |

Objective To characterize and explore the mixed urinary stones in vitro by using Dual-Source Dual-Energy Computed Tomography (DSCT).Methods One hundred and thirty-four stones from patients with urinary tract stone were placed in fresh porcine kidney.Image analysis of these stones gave us overlap value and the mean attenuation values in Hounsfield units (HU) and dual-energy index (DEI) at 80 kVp and40 kVp.Results Both sensitivity and specificity of DSCT for detecting uric acid were00%.There were significant differences of HU in 80 kVp,140 kVp and the DEI between calcium oxalate mixed with phosphate calculus and phosphate calculus mixed with uric acid (P<0.05).Calcium oxalate mixed with phosphate calculus could be differentiated from calcium oxalate mixed with uric acid using DEI (P<0.05).Conclusion DSCT is a reliable approach for uric acid analysis.And DSCT had some ability to analyze mixed composition of stone. |
