[摘要]　输卵管癌肉瘤（carcinosarcomas of the fallopian tube）又称为恶性苗勒氏管混合瘤(malignant mixed Müllerian tumors, MMMTs），是一种同时含有癌和肉瘤两种组织的生殖道肿瘤，在临床上非常罕见，且侵袭性强、预后差。该病的发病机制尚未完全阐明，但单克隆起源学说支持者日益增多；其临床症状缺乏特异性，常见的症状有腹痛、不典型阴道流血及腹胀，就诊时患者常已为晚期。现尚未建立标准的治疗方案，但满意的肿瘤减灭术及以铂类为主的辅助化疗被认为有效，这需要更多研究进一步验证。

Abstract:

[Abstract]　Carcinosarcomas of the fallopian tube (malignant mixed Müllerian tumors, MMMTs), composed of carcinomatous component and sarcomatous component, are highly aggressive, rare and biphasic tumors. Although the pathogenesis remains unclear, more and more people support the monoclonal origin theory. Most patients with carcinosarcoma of the fallopian tube present with nonspecific symptoms, such as abdominal pain, atypical vaginal bleeding, or abdominal distension. While there are no standard therapies been established yet, optimal debulking surgery and adjuvant platinum-based combination chemotherapy are believed effective,which needs further studies to confirm.
