[摘要] 目的 检测C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA在甲状腺乳头状癌(thyroid papillary cancer,TPC)中的表达并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。 方法 采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测46例甲状腺乳头状癌和18例良性病变中C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA的表达,并分析二者表达的相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系。 结果 C-met mRNA和C-src mRNA在TPC中的表达量分别为1.140±0.163和0.984±0.187,在甲状腺良性病变的表达量分别为0.467±0.237和0.484±0.254,二者在TPC与甲状腺良性病变的表达差异均有显著性意义(P<0.001,P<0.001)。TPC组织C-met mRNA的表达量与患者年龄有关(P<0.05);TPC组织C-src mRNA的表达量与肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05)。 TPC中C-src mRNA和C-met mRNA的表达量呈正相关(r=0.764,P<0.001)。 结论 TPC存在C-src mRNA和C-met mRNA的异常表达且C-src mRNA可能能为TPC的淋巴结转移提供依据。 |

[Abstract] Objective To study the expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mRNA in thyroid papillary cancer (TPC) and to analyze the relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique was used to examine the expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mRNA in 46 TPCs and 18 benign thyroid tissues. The relationship between their expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results C-met mRNA and C-src mRNA expression levels in 46 TPCs were 1.140±0.163 and 0.984±0.187 respectively. Both were significantly higher than benign thyroid tissues (P<0.001, P<0.001). C-src mRNA expression in TPC was associated with tumor grades and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05, P<0.05). C-met mRNA expression has an ascending trend with aging (P<0.05). C-src mRNA expression closely related to C-met mRNA expression (r=0.764, P<0.001). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of C-src mRNA and C-met mRNA could play a role in the carcinogenesis and development of TPC. |
