摘要:
[摘要] 目的 评价模拟教学系统在外科临床技能教学中应用的效果及可行性。 方法 对68名接受模拟教学训练的实习医生在体外模型和模拟器上进行操作训练,通过对所有参与的实习医生在模拟前、模拟后进行评估和半年后对最初参与的实习医生通过二次评估的评价方法对受训者的外科临床技能进行成绩评分。 结果 68名实习医生均顺利完成所有培训内容,与培训前相比,培训后所有学生的外科临床技能都明显提高(P<0.05),其中最初参加培训的9名实习同学对腹腔镜下缝合打结、心肺复苏及肠吻合的技能二次评估后,分别保留了培训后技能的74%、93%、92%。 结论 模拟化教学提高了教学效率,加深了学生的临床技能的掌握程度,而通过二次评估进一步客观地评价了模拟化教学优越性。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect and feasibility of Simulation training of basic surgical clinic skills. Methods 68 interns were enrolled in a surgical skill training curriculum and trained in emulate mould and laparoscopic training modules.All interns were tested for clinical skills by both the method of pretraining and posttraining assessments and 9 interns who first entered the program were retested in 6 months. Results 68 interns completed all models training and pretraining and posttraining assessments.Significant performance improvement was demonstrated by simulation training (P≤0.05),and 9 interns that were retested in 6 months retained 74% of laparoscopic suture and knot tying,93% of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and 92% of enterotomy closure. Conclusion Simulation training improves technical efficiency and accuracy and stimulates interns mastering surgical skill. Retesting can further evaluate advantages of simulation training.
