摘要:

[摘要]　目的　分析浆细胞性乳腺炎的高频彩色多普勒超声特点，探讨高频超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断价值。　方法　总结42位浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的超声表现，结合临床症状及病理结果进行对比分析。〖HTH〗结果〖HTK〗　42位浆细胞性乳腺炎患者47个乳腺肿块声像图表现为实性肿块型28例，囊实混合型8例，导管扩张型6例和囊肿型5例,其中6例伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。　结论　高频彩色多普勒超声检查结合临床症状、体征可提高对浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断率。

Abstract:

[Abstract]　Objective　To investigate the characteristics of plasma cell mastitis in high-frequency color Doppler, and further improve the diagnostic rate of plasma cell mastitis by high-frequency ultrasound.　Methods　The data of 42 patients with plasma cell mastitis were analyzed, including ultrasonograms, clinical symptoms and pathological findings. 　Results　In all 47 breast lesions of 42 patients, 28 lesions were solid， 8 were mixed cystic and solid， 6 were dilated duct and 5 were cystic. Six cases were found with ipsilateral axillary lymphadenopathy.　Conclusion　High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with clinical symptoms and signs may improve the diagnostic rate of plasma cell mastitis.
