案例教学法在护理本科生临床教学中的应用及效果评价

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨案例教学法在护理本科生临床教学中的应用及效果。 方法 选取在大连医科大学附属第一医院循环内科实习的护理本科生80名为研究对象,随机分为试验组及对照组,每组40人。试验组采用案例教学模式进行临床带教,对照组采用传统教学法实施临床教学。实习期为10周,实习结束时对两组护生的理论及操作技能进行测试,并采用问卷调查法评价护生对教学方法的满意度。 结果 试验组护生理论成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),操作技能和对带教方法的满意度也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 案例教学法可以提高护生理论成绩和操作水平,并能提高其临床实践能力及综合素养,值得在临床护理教学中推广应用。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the application of case teaching method in clinical practice teaching for nursing undergraduate. Methods Totally 80 undergraduate nursing students, who practiced in the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, were recruited in the study and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 students in each group. Case teaching model was used in the experimental group, whereas traditional teaching method was used in the control group in clinical teaching. The internship was 10 weeks. At the end of the internship, we tested the two groups in theory and operation skill and used a questionnaire survey to evaluate satisfaction of the teaching method. Results Theory scores of nursing students were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Similar results were obtained for operation skill and satisfaction of teaching method. Conclusion Case teaching method can improve the performance of nursing students in theoretical level and operation skill, enhance their ability and comprehensive quality in clinical practice, and thus should be promoted in clinical nursing teaching applications.
