[摘要]　目的　探讨显微手术治疗听神经瘤的临床疗效及操作技巧，以期望提高肿瘤切除率，降低术后并发症。　方法　回顾性分析2009年1月—2014年1月采用显微外科经枕下乙状窦后入路手术治疗62例听神经瘤患者的疗效并统计并发症情况。　结果　肿瘤全切53例、次全切7例、大部分切2例。面神经解剖保留58例，功能保留40例。术后并发症：后组颅神经症状加重3例，脑脊液切口漏4例，脑膜炎3例，无死亡病例。　结论　经枕下乙状窦后入路显微手术切除听神经瘤是一种安全有效的方法，术中采取相关技巧能够提高全切率及减少各种并发症。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective To summarize curative effect and complications in acoustic neuroma microsurgery in order to improve postoperative 1ife quality of patients. 　Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 62 acoustic neuroma patients who underwent microsurgical treatment through suboccipital retrosigmoid approach between January 2009 and January 2014. 　Results 53 tumors were total removed; 7 tumors were subtotal removed; and 2 tumors were partially removed. Anatomic facial nerve preservation was achieved in 56 cases and functional facial nerve was preserved in 40 cases. Post-operative complications included aggravated lower cranial nerve symptoms in 3 cases, CSF 1eakage in 4 cases and meningitis in 3 cases. No surgical death was observed. 　Conclusion Microsurgery is a safe and effective method to remove acoustic neuroma via suboccipital retrosigmoid approach. Relative techniques can be used for further improving total removal rate and decreasing complications.
