目的 探讨超声弹性成像技术在乳腺增生弥漫性病变诊断中的价值。方法 应用弹性成像技术观察健康组(75例)和病例组(78例)共153例女性乳腺组织,根据年龄分为青年组(20~30岁)、中青年组(31~40岁)和中年组(41~50岁),应用乳腺整体5分评分法测量乳腺的腺体层(中央区、内带、中带和外带)的弹性成像评分。结果 青年病例组的乳腺腺体层各分区弹性评分均高于健康组,中青年病例组的乳腺腺体层的中带弹性评分高于健康组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而中年病例组和健康组乳腺腺体层各分区弹性评分比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);各年龄组中病例组的腺体层不同分区之间弹性评分比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声弹性成像对乳腺增生弥漫性病变有一定的诊断价值。 |

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonic elastography (UE) in the diagnosis of diffuse lesions of the mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods Totally 153 females were enrolled in the study and were divided into the health group (n=75) and the patient group (n=78). The subjects were further divided into youth group(20-30 year), young group(31-40 year), and middle-aged group(41-50 year) based on age. UE was performed to evaluate the breast tissue. Then overall breast 5-score method was used to measure mammary gland layers (central area, inner zone, middle zone and outer zone). Results The elastic score of the youth patients for each zone was higher than that of the healthy individuals. The elastic score of the young patients for the middle zone was higher than that of the healthy individuals. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In contrast, comparison of the elastic score for each zone between the healthy group and the patient group in the middle-aged subjects did not exhibit significant difference (P>0.05). The elastic score for each zone in the patients was significantly different (P<0.05) among different age groups. Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography has a certain value in the diagnosis of diffuse lesions of the mammary gland hyperplasia. |
