结缔组织生长因子与肝纤维化关系的研究进展

摘要:
肝纤维化的形成是一个多因素、多细胞参与的复杂过程,近来研究发现,结缔组织生长因子对促进纤维化的发生发展起正调节作用。结缔组织生长因子是一种多功能的分泌性多肽,可以调节细胞增殖、分化以及黏附等生物学活性,在肝组织损伤修复、细胞外基质合成、临床上肝纤维化的诊断及治疗等方面发挥重要作用。

Research progress on the relationship between connective tissue growth factor and hepatic fibrosis

Abstract:
[Abstract] The formation of hepatic fibrosis is a complicated process involving multiple factors and cells. It has been found form recent research that connective tissue growth factor plays a positive regulatory role in promoting the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis. Connective tissue growth factor belongs to a family of secreting polypeptide, which can regulate cell proliferation, differentiation and adherence, etc. It also plays very important roles in hepatic tissue repair, extracellular matrix synthesis, diagnosis and treatment of hepatic fibrosis in clinical settings, etc.
