| 目的 归脾汤对小鼠抗体激发水平的调节作用。 方法 将经卵清蛋白免疫过的小鼠 40只分 A、B 两组，分别灌服归脾汤和葡萄糖，1次/d，每次0.5 mL/只，连续7 d，第8天将所有小鼠再次加强免疫，再经7 d，采血分离血清，用ELISA法检测血清中相应抗体的生成水平。 结果 归脾汤组小鼠的抗体产生水平为1.59，葡萄糖组小鼠的抗体产生水平为1.25，归脾汤组高于葡萄糖组，差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。 结论 归脾汤可增强小鼠的体液免疫应答能力，提高抗体生成水平。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the regulation of Guipi decotion on antibody level in mice.Methods Forty mice immuned by egg protein were randomly divided into group A and group B, administered with Guipi decoction and glucose respectively. The dose was 0.5 mL for each mouse one day and lasted for 7 days. The second immunization was conducted 7 days after the first immunization. Blood serum was separated and ELISA was used to examine antibody to egg protein on day 14 postimmunization.Results The antibody level was 1.59 in group A,significantly higher than that of 1.25 in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction can enhance the immune responses and increase antibody level in mice. |
