近视是一种发病率较高的眼病,其病理变化主要表现为视网膜和脉络膜萎缩变薄,视网膜色素上皮细胞减少或消失。视网膜电流图检查作为一种电生理测试方法,对评价视网膜功能有重要意义,也因此越来越多地被应用于近视眼的研究中。视网膜电流图检查技术有多种,传统的检测方法即闪光ERG和图形ERG在应用上各有不足,而多焦ERG在近年来发展迅速,本文就对以上三种视网膜电流图检查方法在近视眼中的研究应用及进展进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Myopia is a kind of prevalent eye disease.The retina and choroid atrophy and become thin,the retinal pigment epithelial cells decress or disappear are main pathological changes of myopia. As a kind of electrophysiology studies,electroretinogram examination plays an important role in the evalution of retinal function. Therefore,it is increasingly applied in the myopia reaseash.There are many types of electroretinogram technology,flash ERG and graph ERG which are traditional methods have some deficiencies in application, and multifocal ERG develops rapidly in recent years. This article will review the researches and progress of three electroretinogram methods mentioned above. |
