摘要:

目的　探讨缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)在子痫前期患者与正常妊娠妇女胎盘组织中的表达规律及其在子痫前期发病过程中可能的机制。　方法　随机选取子痫前期患者 50例 (轻度组20例，重度组30 例) 和正常妊娠孕妇 50 例（对照组），应用免疫组织化学法对 3 组胎盘Cx43的表达进行标记，通过彩色病理图像分析系统对染色结果进行定量检测并分析。　结果　Cx43在子痫前期重度组表达低于轻度组及对照组，差异均有显著性意义 (P<0.05);轻度组与对照组比较，差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。Cx43在胎盘组织的表达与妊娠期高血压疾病病情严重程度呈负相关 (r=-0.370，P<0.05) 。　结论　子痫前期患者胎盘组织中缝隙连接蛋白Cx43的表达变化可能与子痫前期的发病机制有关。

Abstract:

Objective　To investigate the expression of Connexin 43 in placenta tissue of preeclampsia and normal pregnant women, and to explore the etiology and mechanism of preeclampsia.　Methods　100 placentas tissues samples were obtained from 50 pre-eclampsia patients including 20 mild and 30 severe pre-eclampsia patients and 50 normal placentas tissues were enrolled from the third trimester pregnancies. Immunohistochemistry method was used to study the expression of Connexin 43 in placenta tissue Furthermore, multifunction precise color image measure system was used for quantitative analysis.　Results〖WTBZ〗 The expression of Connexin 43 in severe group was lower than that in mild group and normal group (P<0.01).The expression in mild group was not lower than that in normal group (P>0.05). Negative relationship between the expression of Connexin 43 in placenta tissue and severity of illness could be found with statistical significance (r=-0.370, P<0.05). 　Conclusion　Preeclampsia placenta tissue expression of Connexin 43 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
