儿科抗菌药物合理应用分析

摘要:

目的　考察儿科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，促进儿科抗菌药物的合理应用。方法　采用回顾性调查方法调取大连医科大学附属第一医院儿科2012年4月—2012年6月3个月所有使用抗菌药物的病例，并根据药品说明书、《中国药典》等来综合分析和评价本院儿科抗菌药物使用的合理性。结果　2012年4、5、6三个月儿科总病例数为334例，其中使用抗菌药物的病例数为325例，占总病例数的97.3%；其中频次、剂量供用不合理占用药病例数的36.3%；联合用药病例数占51.3%。结论　本院儿科抗菌药物使用的疗程及品种选择基本合理；用药的频次及用量还需进一步规范；联合用药频率普遍偏高。

Abstract:

Objective 〖WTBZ〗To investigate the pediatric utilization of antibiotics in our hospital to provide references for rational use and management of antibiotics. 〖WTHZ〗Methods 〖WTBZ〗Retrospective investigation method obtaining dalian medical university affiliated hospital department of pediatrics 2012.4—2012.6 the first three months of the usage of antibiotics to carry on the analysis, and according to the drug instruction, China pharmacopoeia, etc to evaluate our pediatric the rationality of antimicrobial usage. 〖WTHZ〗Results 〖WTBZ〗According to investigation 2012,4,5, and 6 three months pediatric total number of cases for 334 cases, including use of antimicrobial drug cases for 325, accounting for 97.3% of the total number of cases; The frequency dees of vnreasonable use accounted for 36.3%; The combined treatmant cases accounted for 51.3%.〖WTHZ〗Conclusion 〖WTBZ〗The use of antibacterial drugs in our pediatric frequency and combined medication frequency on the high side, so must cause attach great importance, strengthen the use of antibacterial drugs management, follow the basic principles of antibacterial drug use to promote pediatric safe, effective, economic and rational use of antimicrobial agents.
