倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒治疗心脏神经官能症临床疗效观察

摘要:

目的　探讨倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效。　方法　180例心脏神经官能症患者，随机分为3组，1组60例采用倍他乐克治疗；2组60例稳心颗粒治疗；3组60例倍他乐克联合稳心颗粒治疗，3组治疗前后分别应用Zung氏抑郁量表和焦虑量表评分，观察治疗前后3组的临床疗效。 　结果　1、2、3三组治疗8周后，总有效率（86.7%、71.7%、96.7%），Zung抑郁量表评分(39.58±3.97、40.65±3.76、35.58±4.85)，焦虑量表评分 (39.42±4.86、38.58±3.97、34.58±3.62)以及心电图及症状的前后对比，3组的治疗效果显著优于1、2组，差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。　结论　倍他乐克与稳心颗粒联合治疗心脏神经官能症的临床疗效显著优于两者单独用药，具有临床推广的价值。〖JP〗

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Betaloc combined with Wenxin Granules in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. 　Methods Totally 180 patients with cardiac neurosis in our hospital from September 2009 to October 2012 were randomly divided into three groups, 1st group of 60 patients treated with Betaloc; 2nd group of 60 patients treated with Wenxin Granules; 3rd group of 60 patients of Betaloc combined with Wenxin Granules in the treatment, Zung self-rating depression scale and axiety scale were used in three groups before and after treatment. The clinical effects of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. 　Results The 1st group,2nd group,3rd group were treated for 8 weeks,the total effective rate （86.7%，71.7%，96.7%）,tset score in Zung self-rating depression scale (39.58±3.97，40.65±3.76，35.58±4.85)，test score in Zung self-rating anxiety scale (39.42±4.86，38.58±3.97，34.58±3.62) and the comparison of changes of ECG and symptoms, the treatment effect of the 3rd group was significantly higher than that of the 1st and 2nd group(P<0.05 ). 　Conclusion Betaloc combined with Wenxin Granules in treatment of cardiac neurosis has better clinical effect than single medication, has clinical value.
