目的 〖HTK〗通过检测大肠埃希菌系统发育群基因及细菌耐药率,探讨两者间的关系。方法 筛选ESBLs阳性菌株88例,通过多重PCR方法检测ChuA, YjaA 和 TspE4.C2基因;应用Vitek2 compact细菌自动鉴定及药敏分析仪检测细菌耐药率。结果 大肠埃希菌系统发育群以D群57.95%为主,其余依次为A群20.45%、B2群14.78%、B1群6.82%。其中在痰标本中检出率A群、D群比例基本相当,但在其他标本中均以D群为主。B2群耐药率显著高于A群、D群(除外LEV)分离的菌株(P<0.05)。结论 根据系统发育群基因检测,大肠埃希菌主要为D群为主,其次分别为A、B2、B1群。不同的系统发育群所表现的耐药性不同,其中毒力最强的B2群耐药率最高。 |

Study of Phylogenetic group genes and drug resistance of escherichia coli |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate and discuss the relation between the Phylogenetic Groups and drug resistance of Escherichia coli. Methods A total of 88 strains Escherichia Coli of ESBLs producing were collected, which were isolated from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. The detection of Phylogenetic Groups gene: ChuA,YjaA and TspE4.C2 is through PCR-based assays and agarose gel electrophoresis. The drug resistance is completed by Vitek2 compact automatic identification of bacterial drug resistance analysis of systems. Results 88 strains E. coli isolates majority belonged to phylogenetic group D (57.95%), where as 20.45% belonged to groups A, 6.82% belong to groups B1, and 14.78% to group B2. Among the bacterial strain which come from respiratory system,group A and group D are nearly equal, but the mainly group in other systems are group D. During these Phylogenetic Groups,the drug resistance of group B2 is the highest one. Conclusion The major phylogenetic group of Escherichia Coli is group D, then group A, B2, B1. The drug resistance of group B2 is the highest one. |
