摘要:

目的　观察TNF-α在COPD患者血清中的表达水平，并探讨其与COPD发生发展的关系。方法　实时荧光相对定量 PCR（RQ-PCR）方法检测 40 例COPD患者组 及40例正常对照组血清中TNF-α mRNA表达水平，通过SPSS15.0软件进行配对t检验。结果　采用2-ΔΔCt方法计算出正常组TNF-α mRNA表达比值为2.39，COPD组TNF-α mRNA表达比值为4.01。COPD病变组中TNF-α mRNA的表达量显著高于正常对照组，P<0.05。结论　TNF-α参与COPD的病理过程。

Abstract:

Objective　To study the expression of TNF-αin patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)，and the relationship between TNF-αexpression and COPD. 　Methods　The TNF-α mRNA levels in serums of COPD patients (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) were analyzed by real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RQ-PCR）. 　Results　The expression ratio of control group was 2.39 and COPD group was 4.01.The data were analyzed by t test P<0.05. 　Conclusion　The study suggests that involvement of TNF-α in the pathomechanism of COPD.
