摘要:

当前，临床医学诊断仍以临床表现和病理观察为中心，检验医学的发展还没有达到能构建新的、以疾病发生的分子机制为基础的疾病诊断体系。而在健康评估，疾病预防和医学预测等很少有特征性临床表现信息的领域，检验医学发展很快，在这些领域中检验医学的发展将促进临床诊断的发展，使医学全面地从经验走向科学。

Abstract:

Clinical diagnosis has still relied on observation of clinical manifestation and pathology until now. The new system of clinical diagnosis in basis of molecule pathogenesis could not be set up in spite of development of labourtory medicine. However, labourtory medicine develop fast in the field that there is little clinical information, such as healthy evaluation in basis of labourtory indicators, primary prevention and preclinical medicine. The clinical diagnosis will profit from development of labourtory medicine in these fields, accordingly, clinical medicine would change from experience to science completely.
