| 目的 探讨肾上腺血管瘤CT诊断的准确性。 方法 回顾性分析2003—2011年经手术、病理证实的4例肾上腺血管瘤的CT平扫和动态增强表现。 结果 3例可见点状和条状钙化。2例表现为密度不均匀的实性肿块，增强扫描动脉期可见与血管密度相近的边缘条状强化，逐渐向中心扩大。2例肿瘤合并出血表现为囊性或囊实混杂密度病灶，可见分隔，囊壁和实性部分有延迟强化。 结论 肾上腺血管瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征，这些特征有助于肾上腺血管瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the accuracy of CT diagnosis of adrenal hemangioma. Methods Four cases of adrenal hemangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively from the year of 2003 to 2011. The tumor's signs on plain and dynamic enhancement CT were observed. Results Three cases in four show speckled and striped calcification. Two cases show heterogeneous solid masses on plain CT, with peripheral striped contrast enhancement on arterial phase and centripetal tendency later. The other two hemorrhagic tumors show cystic or cystic-solid masses with septations in them perform delayed enhancement of the cystic wall and the solid part. Conclusions Adrenal hemangioma has certain features on plain and dynamic enhancement CT, which help us diagnose the tumor and differentiate it from other adrenal masses. |
