目的 探讨Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路成员Sonic-hedgehog(Shh)和微管不稳定蛋白Stathmin在前列腺增生症和前列腺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。 方法 应用免疫组织化学方法分别检测30例前列腺增生症和30例前列腺癌中Shh和Stathmin蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床相关参数之间的关系。 结果 在前列腺癌组织与前列腺增生症组织Shh阳性表达率分别为73.33%(22/30)与36.67%(11/30)(P<0.01),Stathmin阳性表达率分别为83.33%(25/30)与23.33%(7/30),(P<0.01)。前列腺癌中Shh与Stathmin的表达呈正相关(r=0.522,P<0.01)。前列腺癌组织Shh和Stathmin蛋白的表达与患者PSA水平、前列腺重量间无显著相关关系(P>0.05),但在肿瘤不同临床分期(TNM)、病理分级(Gleason分级)间差异显著(P<0.05)。 结论 Shh和Stathmin在前列腺癌的演进中起一定的重要作用。 |

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Sonic-Hedgehog(Shh)and Stathmin expressions in human benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic carcinoma. Methods The expression of Shh protein and Stathmin protein are detected in 30 cases of human benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues, and 30 cases of prostatic carcinoma tissues with immunohistochemistry method. Results In human prostatic carcinoma and benign prostatic hyperplasia,the positive expression rates of Shh protein were 73.33%(22/30)and 36.67%(11/30) respectively detected, the rates of Stathmin were 83.33%(25/30) and 23.33% (7/30) respectively. There was a significant differences of both protein expressions between the two groups(P<0.05),the rates of Shh has a positive correlation with Stathmin (r=0.522,P<0.01). The expression of Shh or Stathmin had no correlation with the PSA level and prostate weight(P>0.05),but there is a singnificant difference in patients with different clinical stage and gleason score (P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions Stathmin and Shh may play a important role in prostatic disease progression. |
