纳米粒(nanoparticles,NPs)作为一种新型的给药系统,有着巨大的潜力。近年来很多学者使用不同方法制备了主动靶向纳米粒,突破了被动靶向纳米粒的局限性。本文针对近年来抗肿瘤纳米粒的主动靶向修饰进行了综述,从配体类型的角度阐述主动靶向纳米粒的现状,包括受体介导类(叶酸,黄素单核苷酸,转铁蛋白等)、多肽类(RGD肽,K237肽等)、糖类(肝磷脂、透明质酸)以及抗体类(单链抗体片段,单克隆抗体AMG 655)。 |

Abstract: |
Nanoparticles is a kind of new drug delivery system which owns enormous potential. Recently,many researchers manage to fabricate active targeting NPs in different ways, which has broken the limitation of the passive targeting nanoparticles. This paper reviews recent modification of active targeting nanoparticles on tumor therapy, in order to describes the actuality of it, diverse ligands used in active targeting nanoparticles are displayed here, including ligand-receptor mediated NPs (Folic acid,Flavin mononucleotide,Transferrin etc.), polypeptide(RGD peptide,K237 peptide, etc.), glycosaminoglycan (Heparin and Hyaluronic acid) and antibodies (ScFvs and AMG 655 of monoclonal antibody). |
