| 目前新兴的基因疗法对神经胶质瘤的治疗相比传统疗法而言越来越受到重视。在临床应用抑癌基因mda-7/IL-24和p53治疗神经胶质瘤已经显示出积极的疗效。两者抑癌的机制复杂且尚未完全清楚，其中既有不同又有联系。本文就mda-7和p53治疗神经胶质瘤的机制和临床应用进展作一比较综述。 |

| Abstract: |
| Now compared to the traditional therapies, more and more attentions are being paid to the emerging gene therapy for the treatment of glioma. Treatment in clinical applications with the tumor suppressor genes mda-7/IL-24 and p53 for glioma has shown a positive effect. Both the two tumor suppressors' mechanisms are complex and not yet fully understood, which were not only different but related. The review is about the comparison between mda-7 and p53 to treat the glioma in the mechanism and the progress of clinical application. |
