细胞DNA修复系统与肿瘤发生及化疗耐药性

摘要:
研究发现,MMR及MGMT蛋白表达缺失与大肠癌等恶性肿瘤的发生密切相关,胃癌及非小细胞肺癌常出现MMR和MGMT蛋白表达增高。本文通过介绍DNA修复系统中ERCC1、XRCC1和MMR、MGMT的作用机制及它们与肿瘤发生和化疗耐药性的关系,提出DNA修复系统关键蛋白的表达降低与肿瘤发生有关,在肿瘤发展过程中也会出现表达增高,且它们表达的增高或降低均与肿瘤化疗耐药性有关。

Abstract:
Some researchers reported that the deficiency of MMR and MGMT proteins was associated with colorectal cancer and other cancers, and proteins of MMR and MGMT were over-expression in gastric cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer. This article introduces the mechanism of ERCC1,XRCC1,MMR,MGMT and the relationship with tumorigenesis and resistance to chemotherapy, and then suggests that hypo-expression of DNA repair proteins is associated with tumorigenesis and over-expression of them also appears in the development of tumors, and the abnormal expression is associated with resistance to chemotherapy.
