| [目的] 评价囊袋拉钩在伴有晶状体半脱位的白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。[方法] 对49例（52只眼）伴有晶状体半脱位的白内障患者，在晶状体囊袋拉钩稳定囊袋后进行白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植入手术，术后随访3～6个月。[结果] 人工晶状体位置居中者43只眼（82.7%）。术后视力均有不同程度提高，囊袋损伤较小。[结论] 囊袋拉钩在伴有晶状体半脱位白内障患者的手术中安全有效，起到了稳定囊袋，减少并发症的作用，收到很好的临床效果。 |

| [Objective] Evaluation of the effect of the capsular retractors in phacoemulsification for subluxated cataract. [Methods] Forty-nine cases (52 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for subluxated cataract. Postoperative follow-up was 3-6 months. [Results] The intraocular lenses were located centrally in 43 eyes (82.7%). All patients had vision improvement and minor capsular injury. [Conclusion] This surgical method is safe and fit for subluxated cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in respect of capsular bag stabilization. The patients can obtain good clinical results and fewer complications. |
