| S100A6 is the member of the S100 family of EF-hand calcium-binding proteins, which joins in many kinds of biology processes. As a multi-function protein, it not only has close relationship with tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis, but also, its role in the cellular signal transduction is being paid more and more attention. |
