| [目的]检测子宫内膜癌组织中uPA和VEGF的表达状况并探讨其临床意义。[方法] 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测uPA与VEGF在60例子宫内膜癌与32例正常子宫内膜组织的表达情况，并分析二者的相关性。[结果]子宫内膜癌组织中uPA和VEGF表达定位于细胞浆，二者的阳性表达率分别为51.67%（31/60）和43.33%（26/60），均明显高于正常子宫内膜组织（P<0.05）。二者的表达与肿瘤肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、病理分期及临床分期相关 (P<0.05)；相关性分析显示uPA和VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论] uPA和VEGF在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达，它们的表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移相关。 |

| [Objective]To determine the significance of uPA and VEGF expressions of in the endometrial carcinoma. [Methods]The expressions of uPA and VEGF were detected in 60 endometrial carcinomas and 32 normal endometrial tissues by immunohistochemistry, and analyse the relationship of their expressions to clinical pathological agents. [Results]The expressions of uPA and VEGF were located in the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates of uPA and VEGF being 51.67%（31/60） and 43.33%（26/60）in endometrial carcinoma were higher than those in the normal endometria significantly (P＜0.05). Both of their expressions were related to myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological stage of the carcinomas and clinical staging (P＜0.05).The expressions of uPA was positive correlated with that of VEGF (P＜0.05). [Conclusion]uPA and VEGF expressed highly in the endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related to the development and the metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. |
