建立一种家兔心肌梗死模型的新方法

摘要:
[目的] 探讨建立一种家兔心肌梗死动物模型的新方法——微创法的可行性。[方法] 用3%戊巴比妥钠30 mg/kg麻醉家兔,采用钝性分离左侧第3~4肋间肌暴露心脏,不剪断肋骨,结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD),阻断冠状动脉血流,造成家兔心肌梗死与临床上单支冠脉阻塞形成的心肌梗死相似。[结果] 家兔术后20 min,心电图肢体导联ST段明显弓背向上抬高,心电图R波降低;术后2周M型超声观察室壁运动明显减弱且僵硬。大体观察缺血心肌萎缩变薄,室壁塌陷,颜色明显较周围正常心肌组织浅。[结论] 该心肌梗死动物模型构建方法简单,创伤轻,成功率高,结果可靠。

A new model of myocardial infarction in rabbits

Abstract:
[Objective] Discuss a new method of the myocardial infarction established in rabbits, the micro-method. [Methods] Rabbits were anaesthetized by 3% napental, 30 mg/kg.The heart was exposed by blunt dissecting the left intercostal muscles between the 3rd and 4th ribs. The left anterior descending of coronary artery was ligated, which would not only prevent the blood blow of coronary, but also make the similar condition of myocardial infarction between rabbits and single coronary artery blocked in clinic. [Results] Twenty minutes later, the ST segment of rabbit ECG was raised, and R segment was droped. Two weeks later, the ventricular wall motion was weak and stiff from M-mode ultrasound.Ischemic myocardium was shrinked and ventricular wall was subsided and the color was lighter than surrounding normal myocardial tissue. [Conclusion] By this establishment, the myocardial infarction model is simple, light trauma and high success rate.
