[目的] 对16例32眼高度近视行有晶体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术,观察手术前后图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP) 、立体视觉的改变,从客观角度研究该手术的有效性。[方法] 收集济宁医学院附属医院近3年收治并行有晶体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术,并能按时随访的高度近视16例32眼,术前及术后1个月均行P-VEP、立体视觉检查,比较观测P100的波幅、潜时及波形和远近立体视觉。[结果] 术前波幅(3.201±0.899)μV,潜时(126.116±4.096)ms,术后波幅(6.355±1.327)μV,潜时(114.516±7.085)ms。与术前相比,术后P100的波幅上升、潜时缩短、远近立体视觉的增加均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 有晶体眼后房型人工晶状体植入术安全有效,值得临床推广。 |

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of the surgery of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation objectively by observing the change of pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) and stereoscopic vision of patients with high myopia before and after the surgery. [Methods] This study included 32 eyes of 16 patients with high myopia, All the patients received posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation, and postoperative clinical observation was followed-up. The P-VEP and stereoscopic vision were recorded before and after surgery. The change was compared in amplitude (AMP), prolongation of latency(PL)of P100 and stereoscopic vision. [Results] AMP of preoperation was (3.201±0.899)μV,PL of preoperation was (126.116±4.096)ms,AMP of postoperation was (6.355±1.327)μV,PL of postoperation was (114.516±7.085)ms before surgery. After surgery, the amplitude of P100 improved greatly (P<0.05), prolongation of latency of P100 had significant difference (P<0.05), and stereoscopic vision was significantly higher than that before surgery (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective surgery. It is worthy to be used clinically. |
