| 手术治疗2型糖尿病的临床应用尚无明确结论。能够治疗2型糖尿病的手术包括消化道转流重建术和消化道转位重建术。可能的治疗机制认为是十二指肠和近端空肠被旷置，从而引起胃肠道激素分泌的变化，使2型糖尿病得到控制。本文分别对这两类手术的具体术式、治疗效果及治疗机制进行综述。 |

| Till now, it is uncertainty if the surgery can be used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in the clinical application. Alimentary tract bypass reconstruction and alimentary tract transposition reconstruction are two kinds of operations which can cure type 2 diabetes mellitus. The possible curative mechanism is considered as secretion of gastrointestinal hormones can be changed after excluding duodenal and proximal jejunum, and so as to the blood glucose of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients can be controlled. This review focuses on specific procedures, treatment effect and mechanism of action about these two kinds of operations. |
