[目的]探讨大连汉族慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症与HLA-DRB1等位基因的相关性,找出大连地区汉族慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症的易感基因和保护基因。 [方法]以2003年9月-2009年5月等待肾移植的511名慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症患者为病例组,以中国造血干细胞库大连HLA实验室健康捐献者为对照组,对两组的HLA-DRB1基因的多态性进行比较,分析其相关性。 [结果]病例组中HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07和 HLA-DRB1*12的基因频率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而病例组中HLA-DRB1*16的基因频率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 [结论]大连汉族慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症与HLA-DRB1有关联,HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07和 HLA-DRB1*12可能是慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症的易感基因,HLA-DRB1*16可能是慢性肾小球肾炎尿毒症保护基因。 |

[Objective] To explore the association between chronic glomerulonephritis uremia and HLA-DRB1 allele in Han people in Dalian to find usceptibility genes and protective genes. [Methods] Five hundred and eleven chronic glomerulonephritis uremia patients who were waiting for renal transplantation from Sept. 2003 to May 2009 were involved in the study. Healthy donors, served as control group were from Dalian HLA laboratory of Chinese hematopoietic stem cell bank. Two groups of HLA-DRB1 gene polymorphism were compared in order to study correlation analysis between Han chronic glomerulonephritis uremia and HLA-DRB1 allele in Dalian. [Results] Gene frequency of HLA-DRB1*04, HLA-DRB1*07 and HLA-DRB1*12 in the patient group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), while HLA-DRB1*16 gene frequency in the patient group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Han chronic glomerulonephritis uremia is associated with HLA-DRB1 in Dalian. HLA-DRB1*04, HLA-DRB1*07 and HLA-DRB1*12 may be susceptibility genes of chronic glomerulonephritis uremia, and HLA-DRB1*16 may be protective genes of chronic glomerulonephritis uremia. |
