摘要:

［目的］探讨急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome，ACS）患者缺血性J波与心脏事件之间的关系，分析伴缺血性J波的ACS患者的预后。［方法］选择住院的急性冠脉综合征患者112例，心电图显示J波的为J波组，共58例，无J波的为对照组，共54例，分析比较两组发生心脏事件的情况。［结果］J波组与对照组相比，发生室性心动过速、心室颤动、心脏性猝死者多（P<0.05）。［结论］伴有缺血性J波的ACS患者预后不良，易发生严重的心律失常。

Abstract:

［Objective］To explore the relationship between ischemic J wave and cardiac events in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS),and analyze the prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave. ［Methods］Clinic conditions of 112 cases of ACS were divided into two groups,58 cases with J wave in J group and 54 cases without J wave in control group. Their cardiac events were compared. ［Results］The data showed that the J-wave-positive group had higher indices than the control group as follows,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac sudden death (P<0.05). ［Conclusion］The prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave is very poor,and severe arrhythmia occurs more easily.
