| ［目的］评价超声乳化术对合并高度近视白内障五方位角膜内皮的影响。［方法］实验组：随机选取高度近视白内障患者26例（30眼）；对照组：随机选取单纯老年性白内障患者28例（30眼），由同一熟练眼科医师行白内障超声乳化术。用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜对患者分别于术前及术后7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月拍摄中央、鼻侧、颞侧、上方及下方共五方位角膜内皮细胞图像，并对图像自动分析。［结果］在白内障手术中实验组五方位角膜内皮细胞均比对照组易受到损伤（P<0.01）。［结论］高度近视白内障患者角膜内皮对超声乳化白内障吸除术产生的损伤更加敏感，所以手术操作时应格外谨慎。 |

| ［Objective］To study the influence of phacoemulsification on five sites of corneal endothelium of senile cataract with high myopia. ［Methods］Patients of cataract with and without high myopia were selected, and the surgery of phacoemulsification was performed by a same surgeon. The central, nasal, temporal, superior, inferior endothelium cells were observed with a non-contact endothelium scope on pre-operation and seventh day, first month, third month and sixth month of post-operation. ［Results］After operation, there were obvious differences of corneal endothelium of every site between two groups (P<0.01). ［Conclusion］Endothelial cells of high myopia are easier to be damaged in the phacoemulsification, so safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients. |
