| With the development of oral implantology,implant supported denture has been more and more often used to restore the loosing teeth.How to gaining the primary stability and long-term success rate of dental implant is a key point,which has attracted much attention of the investigators.This review attempts to,from the perspective of the following contents: the choice of implant materials,surgical technology,the surface of implant,the patient′s bone conditions as well as the restorations′ design,analyze and address the main factors that influence the stability of
osseointegration. |
