尿道综合征患者支原体感染临床分析

摘要:

［目的］分析门诊尿道综合征患者支原体感染及耐药性情况，为临床提供最新的流行病学资料及合理用药的科学依据。［方法］应用美国其昌达公司生产的Uu＆Mh CICS KIT试剂盒进行解脲脲原体（Ureaplasma urealyticum Uu）和人型支原体（Mycoplasma hominis Mh）培养、鉴别、定量及药敏试验，并统计分析结果。［结果］本组267例尿道综合征患者中121例支原体培养阳性，阳性率为45.32%，其中解脲脲原体（Uu）占88.43%（112例）；人型支原体（Mh）占0.83%（1例）；Uu＋Mh占10.74%（8例）。女性支原体发病率较男性高。药敏结果表明：支原体对13种抗菌药物耐药率最高的是林可霉素（94.21%）、环丙沙星（77.69%）和诺氟沙星（53.72%），敏感率最高的药物为强力霉素（99.17%）、美满霉素（94.21%）和交沙霉素（93.39%）。男女感染Uu＋Mh的敏感药物基本相同。［结论］尿道综合征患者中支原体感染阳性率较高，女性检出率高于男性，治疗应及时行尿液培养，根据药敏结果给予针对性治疗，可减少耐药菌株产生。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the mycoplasma infection and the drug resistance in out-patients with urethral syndrome and provide the latest epidemiological analysis and scientific basis for clinical treatment.［Methods］Mycoplasma culture was performed with the samples from 267 cases and then the susceptibility of mycoplasma to thirteen kinds of antimicrobial agents was done on the positive samples.The culture,identification and the drug resistance of mycoplasma were carried out with one complex mycoplasma kit.［Results］There were 121 of 267 cases were infected with mycoplasma.The total positive rate was 45.32 %.The positive rate of Uu,Mh and mixed both infection were 88.43% (112 cases),0.83% (1 cases),10.74%(8 cases) respectively.The highest resistant rate of UU to thirteen kinds of antimicrobial agents was 94.21% in LIN,the second was CPF (77.69 %) and NOR (53.72%).The highest susceptibility rate of UU was 99.17% in DOX,94.21% in MIN and 93.39% in JOS respectively.［Conclusion］Mycoplasma infection rate is high in out-patients with urethral syndrome,and it is more common in female.The treatment should base on drug sensitivity assay of mycoplasma and try to decrease resistant rate of antimicrobial agents.
