摘要:

［目的］观察圣约翰草提取物治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效，以及抗抑郁治疗对脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。［方法］将脑卒中合并抑郁症的患者80例，随机分为观察组及对照组各40例，观察组采用圣约翰草提取物治疗，于用药前1天及用药后6周分别计算两组的HAMD评分及NDS评分，并进行统计学分析。［结果］观察组用药6周后HAMD评分及NDS评分明显减少，与用药前比较差异有非常显著性意义（P<0.01），对照组6周前后HAMD评分及NDS评分无明显减少，且有增加的倾向。用药后观察组总有效率及显效率与对照组比较（分别为85.0%及57.5%，40.0%及22.5%），差异亦有显著性意义（P<0.01）。［结论］圣约翰草提取物明显地改善患者的抑郁状态，同时促进患者神经功能较快恢复，降低了致残率，提高了治愈率，且副反应少，临床应用比较安全。

Abstract:

［Objective］To observe the clinical efficacy of St. John's wort extract on post-stroke depression (PSD) and effectiveness of antidepressant treatment on recovery of neurological function of stroke patients.［Methods］Eighty PSD patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Panjin between January,2008 and January,2010 were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the treatment group and other 40 in the control group. The treatment group was given St. John's wort extract. HAMD and NDS scores of two groups were statistically analyzed at one day before the treatment and 6 weeks after the treatment.［Results］HAMD and NDS scores of treatment group significantly were reduced after 6 weeks compared with those of pre-treatment(P<0.01),while HAMD and NDS scores of control group had an increasing tendency instead of significant reducing after medication. The total efficient and effective rates (85.0% and 57.5%) of the treatment group were significantly higher than those (40.0%,22.5%) of the control group (P<0.01) after medication.［Conclusion］St. John's wort extract significantly improve depression in PSD patients,and rapid recovery of neurological function,at the same time it reduces morbidity and promotes the cure rate. Clinical application of St. John's wort extract is secure for its few side effects.
