新生毛细血管的形成,对喉癌肿瘤细胞本身的增殖和生长是必不可少的,同时也是肿瘤侵袭、转移的必要条件。在肿瘤血管形成的机制中血管生成调节因子起着关键作用,这些因子能够控制血管生成发生、发展以及终止过程,并作为抗血管生成治疗的分子靶点受到关注。本文综述了比较重要的几种细胞活性因子:血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、整合素、血管生成素等在喉癌血管生成方面的临床意义。 |
