摘要:

［目的］探讨大连市健康汉族成人静脉血血常规24项参数的参考值范围。［方法］收集1812例健康体检的汉族成人静脉血，用日本Sysmex公司XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规检测，并对结果进行统计学分析。［结果］不同的性别以及不同的年龄组血细胞部分参数差异有统计学意义。女性的WBC、LY%、MO%、EO%、NE#、LY#、MO#、EO#、BA#、RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR与男性比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。中年组的MO%、EO%、EO#、BA#、MCV、RDW-SD、RDW-CV、PCT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR与青年组比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）；老年组的LY%、EO%、EO#、RBC、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW-SD、RDW-CV、PLT、PCT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR与青年组比较，差异有显著性意义（P<0.01）。其余结果差异均无显著性意义（P>0.05）。［结论］大连市健康汉族成人静脉血血常规部分参数存在性别与年龄的差别，与国内其他地区静脉血血常规参数不完全相同，应该建立本地区静脉血血常规各项参数的正常参考值范围。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the reference values of venous b1ood routine test among healthy Han ethnic adult in Dalian.［Methods］Venous blood samples from 1812 healthy Han ethnic adult were collected and tested by an automated hematologic analyzer (Sysmex XE-2100).The results were analyzed statistically.［Results］There were significant differences in some parameters of blood routine test between ma1es and fema1es,among different age groups.There were significant differences in WBC,LY%,MO%,EO%,NE#,LY#,MO#,EO#,BA#,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW,P-Land CR between ma1e and fema1e (P<0.01).There were significant differences in MO%,EO%,EO#,BA#,MCV,RDW-SD,RDW-CV,PCT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR between young age group and middle age group (P<0.01).There were significant differences in LY%,EO%,EO#,RBC,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC,RDW-SD,RDW-CV,PLT,PCT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR between young age group and old age group (P<0.01).There were no significant differences in other parameters(P>0.05).［Conclusion］There are differences in some parameters of blood routine test between ma1e and fema1e and between different age groups.And they are not completely different with parameters of other areas in China.Therefore we should establish the reference values of venous blood routine test of local region.
