[目的]评价System B与ObturaⅡ联合根管充填的根管封闭能力。[方法]选取下颌单根管前磨牙40颗,根管预备后随机分为A,B,C,D 4组,分别使用冷牙胶侧方加压法(A组),单纯ObturaⅡ注射法(B组),主牙胶尖与ObturaⅡ注射法(C组),主牙胶尖配合System B与ObturaⅡ联合应用法(D组)进行根管充填。采用葡萄糖定量检测法,填充后第1,4,7,10,15,20,25,30天分别测定葡萄糖的浓度;并在37℃,100%湿度恒温箱中保存6个月后,进行染料渗透实验和扫描电镜观察。[结果]葡萄糖定量法检测在第1、4、7天4组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);第10天起,渗漏量D组<C组<B组<A组,4组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);染料渗漏实验染线长度,D组<C组<B组<A组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);扫描电镜显示D组根管充填材料与根管壁的结合最为紧密。[结论]ObturaⅡ技术根管充填能达到较为理想的根管充填效果;System B与ObturaⅡ联合根管充填的根管封闭效果优于单纯Obtura注射式充填;配合使用主牙胶尖首先封闭根尖孔后,再将Obtura II与System B联合应用效果最佳。 |

[Objective]To evaluate the ability of root canal obturation by ObturaⅡ with System B.[Methods]Forty human mandibular singal root canal premolar teeth were prepared and devided into 4 groups(each group 10 teeth).The teeth in group A were obturated by cold gutta-percha lateral compaction,in group B by ObturaⅡ,in group C by ObturaⅡ with main point,and in group D with ObturaⅡ with System B,main cone.After obtural materials were completely dry,all the teeth were put into GOD microleakage model.The samples from the bottom bottle of the model were gotten in 1,4,10,15,20,25,30 days for detecting the glucose concentration in order to measure the microleakage.After 6 months following the obturation,8 teeth of each experimental group were stained by methylee blue and then made into transparent teeth model,and other 2 teeth were observed by scanning electron microscope.[Results]There was no singnificant difference among the experimental groups in 1,4,7 days(P>0.05).The microleakage of each group were Group D
