| ［目的］探讨交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折常见并发症。［方法］随诊86例交锁内钉治疗胫骨骨折患者，年龄22~58岁，平均年龄32岁，车祸伤61例，跌伤18例，其他伤7例。统计其并发症发生情况。［结果］86例中，16例出现并发症，占18.67%。手术后并发症主要缘于损伤因素，手术指征的选择，手术操作技术及术后处理等。［结论］交锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨骨折的一种较好方法，一些并发症可以被预防。 |

| Abstract: |
| ［Objective］To study the complications resulting from the intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of the tibial fracture. ［Methods］Eighty-six cases of the tibial fracture,in age of 22 to 58 year old,average 32 year old,that included 61 accidentally injured,18 falling down injured and 7 other injuries,were treated by intramedullary interlocking nail. ［Results］Sixteen cases had the complications after the operation. The complications resulted from the injury factor and the choice of the operation indication,the technique of the operation and the post-operative management. ［Conclusion］The intramedullary interlocking nail is a better method to treat the tibial fracture and some complications can be prevented. |
