[目的]研究人工合成抗菌肽KSL对高龋患者口内变异链球菌的生长抑制情况,为KSL的临床实用奠定实验基础。[方法]依据抗菌肽KSL的氨基酸序列人工合成抗菌肽KSL,采用标准培养法及生化鉴定法,分离鉴定高龋患者口内变异链球菌,测定KSL对该菌株的生长抑制情况。[结果]成功分离鉴定变异链球菌3株,KSL对临床分离变异链球菌的MIC为0.0625 mg/mL,MBC为1.0000 mg/mL,KSL对变异链球菌杀菌曲线表明应用30 min后其对变异链球菌有明显的杀菌效果。[结论]抗菌肽KSL对高龋患者口内变异链球菌有着明显的抑菌杀菌效果。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective]To study the effect of synthesized antibacterial peptide KSL on inhibiting the Streptococcus mutans isolated from caries-active individuals for its application in clinical.[Methods]The antibacterial peptide KSL was synthesized according to its amino acid sequence. The standard cultivation and biochemistry methods was applied to isolate and identity the Streptococcus mutans from caries-active and the KSL’s effects on inhibiting the Streptococcus mutans growth was detected. [Results]Three strains of Streptococcus mutans were isolated successfully,the MIC of KSL on the clinical strain was 0.0625 mg/mL,and the MBC was 1.0000 mg/mL,the killing curve of Streptococcus mutans indicated that 30 minutes after KSL administration had the evidently bactericidal results. [Conclusion]Antibacterial peptide KSL have the evidently inhibitory and bactericidal effects on Streptococcus mutans isolated from caries-active individuals. |
