摘要:

［目的］探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）在桥本甲状腺炎（HT）诊断中的价值。［方法］对58例临床已明确诊断的HT患者的超声声像图特征进行分析。［结果］30例HT患者腺体内回声不均匀，见散在的短线样、网络状强回声；21例HT患者腺体内回声不均匀，局部回声减低、增粗增强或呈结节状；7例HT患者呈大致正常声像图改变。［结论］HT的超声声像图具有一定的特异性，在临床诊断上具有较高价值。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the value of two dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.［Methods］Fifty-eight patients clinically diagnosed as Hashimoto's thyroiditis were analyzed about the image characteristics.［Results］The ultrasonographic characteristics of 30 HT presented that echoes were diffusely hypoechoic reduced like scattered liners,strips and nodlers.Twenty-one of the patients showed local moderate,strong echoes,hypoechoic reduced,and nodular.Seven of them displayed normal image.［Conclusions］Sonogram indicates some specificity in the diagnosis of HT.Ultrasonography has high advantages in diagnosing Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.
