| ［目的］探讨clusterin蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织表达的临床病理意义。［方法］采用免疫组织化学方法（SP法）检测clusterin蛋白在52例NSCLC组织和20例正常肺组织的表达情况，结合临床病理资料进行分析。［结果］Clusterin阳性表达率在52例肺癌中为78.85%，20例正常肺组织中为10%，二者差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）；clusterin表达与肿瘤的分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关（P<0.05），但与肿瘤的病理类型无关（P>0.05）。［结论］检测clusterin表达对判断NSCLC的恶性程度、转移潜能及预后有重要的临床意义。 |

| ［Objective］To investigate the clinicopathologic significance of clusterin expression in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).［Methods］The expression of clusterin protein in 52 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of normal lung tissue was detected by SP immunohistochemistry method,and the relationship of lung cancer clinicopathologic features to the protein expression were analyzed statistically.［Results］The positive rate of clusterin protein expression in 52 cases of NSCLC was 78.85%,while 10% in normal tissue (P<0.05).The positive rate of clusterin protein expression was closely related to differentiation of the tumor,TNM staging and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),but the tumor histopathological typers (P>0.05).［Conclusions］Detection of the clusterin protein expression in NSCLC may be useable in analyzing the malignant degree,metastasis potential of NSCLC and prognosis of the patients. |
