| ［目的］探讨螺旋CT在声门型喉癌术前分期及术式选择中的意义。［方法］回顾性分析2005年7月～2008年7月收治的100例声门型喉癌患者术前CT所见，并与手术过程中所见进行比较，评估其在声门型喉癌术前分期及术式选择中的作用。［结果］100例声门型喉癌患者CT图像上显示92例，8例阴性，92例中肿瘤位于左侧声带28例，右侧声带26例，双侧声带38例。［结论］CT检查可以明显提高声门型喉癌术前分期的准确性，为手术方案的制定提供重要依据。 |

| ［Objective］To analyze the diagnostic value of CT for glottic carcinoma.［Methods］A respective review was conducted in CT images of 100 cases with glottic carcinoma from 2005 to 2008.［Results］Ninety-two cases had positive CT findings and other 8 cases were negative.Among the 92 cases,left vocal cord,right vocal cord and both vocal cords were involved in 28,26 and 38 cases respectively.［Conclusion］CT of larynx is very helpful for the staging of glottic carcinoma and selection of surgery options. |
