| 摘要: |
| ［目的］研究慢性前列腺炎膀胱ICC样细胞 （interstitial cells of Cajal-like cells）数量和分布变化，及其与慢性前列腺炎膀胱功能异常的关系。［方法］建立免疫性慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠模型，免疫荧光化学法检测逼尿肌组织c-kit表达阳性细胞的分布。［结果］对照组膀胱ICC样细胞呈条状，排列有序，相互间的连接完整；模型组ICC样细胞数较正常组明显增多，荧光强度明显降低（P＜0.05），呈散点状，排列紊乱，细胞间的连接散乱中断。［结论］慢性前列腺炎膀胱功能异常可能与其ICC样细胞的数量增加及排列紊乱有关。 |

| ［Objective］To investigate the amount and distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal-like cells ( ICC-like cells) in bladder of chronic prostatitis rat model.［Methods］The experimental chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP) rat model was made by using purified prostate protein twice with immune adjuvant.The c-kit positive cells were detected by immunofluorescence.［Results］The amount of ICC-like cells (c-kit positive cells) increased significantly in model group than that in control group (P<0.05).The arrangenment of ICC-like cells was disordered and the intercellular connection was scattered in model group.［Conclusion］The changes of amount and distribution in ICC-like cells may related to the dysfunction of chronic prostatitis (CP). |
